Very rude receptionist! I called to make an appointment, and miss understood why I had to call in next day for an appt due to being a medical patient. When I apologized for misunderstanding, and told her that I would call back for an appt the following day as well as telling her to have a good day, she sighed then hung up on my. I called back and told her that it was rude she didnt even say goodbye, or respond to my " have a good day" she sighed again, didnt respond. So I asked her name, and bosses name she refused to give it to me, abd said she would take a message for her. I refused to give her my message. Told her that her job is to be polite to patients. I will never go there. Rude receptionists can make or break your clientele!
